1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Zvese° mobility workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Services
Zvese° provides real-time transit routing, matching, and coordination services for passengers, drivers, and fleet operators. We act solely as a technology platform and do not operate transport services directly.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
4. Driver and Operator Verification
Transport operators and drivers must undergo KYC verification and capacity checks. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail to meet verification standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zvese° shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the transit coordination services.
